We are excited to say our Homecare team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service – and we need you!

As our Senior Operations Manager (London), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and profitability of our repair and maintenance operations. You’ll lead and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality property Response Repairs Service, complaint handling across Octavia/London all while working with a fantastic team that’s dedicated to delivering top-quality services. Customers are at the heart of everything we do so we want to make sure that all our services provided are of high quality and undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. We also want to make sure that what we do represents value for money and is resident focused.

Using your experience to deliver a proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll lead on a collaborative working style with all stakeholders to build strong relationships within Homecare and across all other Abri and resident panels. Remember, we don’t want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want to do things even better!

You’ll work closely with the Head of Service, Finance Business Partner and Directors on the forecasting and reconciliation of the budgets of the response repairs work stream. You'll be working from our London’s office or main offices a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing whether that’s at another of our offices or at home but always as operational delivery requires, so a flexible approach is also required.
