Our customers are at the heart of all we do and to ensure those within our Elizabeth House apartment block (HA9 6AQ) continue to receive services to the highest of standards, we are looking for a new Neighbourhood Caretaker.
You will keep internal and external communal areas litter-free and clean by emptying and cleaning bins, vacuuming and polishing as well as prioritising health and safety by clearing snow and ice and ensuring hallways are free from obstructions. If you take pride in all you do and want to play a part in ensuring the scheme is maintained to the highest of standards, we would love to hear from you.
This role is 15 hours per week, £16.20 per hour.
