Are you someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends and making a real impact? If you’re looking for your next step where you can influence safety, compliance and decision-making, this could be the role for you. As one of our Safety Assurance Analysts, you’ll be at the heart of how we monitor and improve landlord health and safety compliance across the business. You’ll play a key role in protecting our G1 rating by making sure we’ve got the right data, insight and assurance in place to keep our customers safe and our homes compliant.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the variety of projects you’ll get involved in. Right now, we’re working on some really impactful initiatives, including our heat network project, detector programme, CCTV reporting project and development of multiple APIs. And that’s just the start – there’s plenty more in the pipeline, with new opportunities emerging as we collaborate with teams across the business. You’ll be supporting teams by turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. From analysing performance across key compliance areas such as heating, fire, electrical, asbestos, water and lifting equipment (LOLER), to identifying trends, gaps and risks before they become issues, your work will help us stay ahead and continuously improve.
No two days will be the same in this role, so curiosity, attention to detail and a proactive mindset are really important. You’ll act as a trusted partner, building strong relationships and providing constructive challenge where needed. Acting as a ‘critical friend’, you’ll help teams understand their compliance position and guide them towards best practice, always keeping customer safety at the centre of what we do.
A full driving licence is also required, as you may need to travel to different locations to support the wider team. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about doing the right thing for our customers, making sure their homes are safe, compliant and fit for the future. If you’re someone who enjoys making a difference, bringing new ideas and being part of a supportive, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll review and interview suitable candidates as applications come in, so don’t delay - apply today! If we receive enough applications, we may close the advert early.
