Are you a proactive, dedicated and highly organised individual? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team! Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you'll play a key role in supporting, prioritising and providing confidential, professional support to the Directors by carrying out a range of admin duties including note taking and diary management. Excellent organisation skills, time management and the ability to prioritise a busy workload will all be essential.
You'll not only work closely with the Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant team, but also work collaboratively with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders making first class communication skills (written and verbal) a must in building effective working relationships quickly. No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile are essential. We’re looking for someone who’s confident and assertive as you’ll engage with colleagues at all levels and across all areas of the business, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues.
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home. Interview will be held in-person week commencing 1 June 2026 at Eastleigh office.
