We're looking for two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives with strong plumbing experience to join our team. If you take pride in delivering quality work, enjoy variety, and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll work across Southampton, Bournemouth and Andover as well as the surrounding areas, carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to prepare homes for new customers. Working closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams, you'll help ensure properties are ready to let quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. While this is a multi-trade role, we're particularly keen to hear from operatives with strong plumbing skills, including repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments. Every home you complete helps someone take the next step in their journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out plumbing repairs, replacements and installations.
  • Completing a range of general property repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Preparing homes so they're safe, welcoming and ready for new customers.
  • Working with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process.
  • Delivering a great service and taking pride in getting things right first time.

Why join us?

At Abri, we're more than a housing provider – we're a community. You'll be part of a supportive team that's committed to doing the right thing for our customers and each other. We'll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tablet, mobile phone, PPE and the support you need to succeed. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll have access to a great range of benefits, including generous holiday entitlement, pension and life assurance schemes, and wellbeing support from day one. Most importantly, you'll be joining a team that genuinely cares about the homes we provide and the people who live in them.

If you're ready to use your skills to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. We'll review applications and interview suitable candidates as they apply. If we receive enough applications, we'll close the advert early, so don't miss out – apply today.
