Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a real difference to people's lives? At Abri, we know that a home is more than just bricks and mortar. It's where people feel safe, raise their families and build their futures. That's why we're looking for a Housing Partner who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction to help us support our communities.

You'll manage a patch of up to 600 homes within the Southampton area and be the familiar face in the communities you support. Whether you're helping a customer through a difficult situation, resolving neighbourhood concerns, or working with local partners to improve an area, you'll play a key role in helping our customers thrive.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys working independently and isn't afraid to tackle challenges head-on. You'll have the freedom to manage your own patch while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that shares the same goal: creating safe homes and communities where people are proud to live.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers and communities.
  • Support customers to sustain their tenancies and access the help they need.
  • Resolve tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partner with third party agencies to find solutions and improve outcomes.
  • Carry out estate and neighbourhood inspections, helping to ensure communities remain clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Act as a visible and approachable representative of Abri within your patch.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.

We're looking for someone who combines housing management experience with a genuine passion for customer service and takes pride in making a positive impact.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in housing management or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Knowledge of tenancy management, tenancy enforcement and legal processes.
  • Confidence managing difficult conversations and challenging situations.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Experience using customer management systems and working digitally.

A full UK driving license is essential to this role with access to your own vehicle.

If you'd love the opportunity to join a team as passionate about making a difference as you are and be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation, we'd love to hear from you!
