Responsibilities
- Help keep the Healthy Homes service running smoothly by supporting contractor work and ensuring damp and mould remedial works are delivered in line with Awaab’s Law.
- Monitor work in progress, spot risks or delays early, and work closely with contractors to keep projects moving and completed on time.
- Serve as a vital link between the Senior Operations Manager, contractors, colleagues and customers to ensure clear, coordinated communication focused on delivering safe, healthy homes and a great customer experience.
- Help resolve challenges promptly and drive better performance where needed.
Qualifications
- We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for customers.
- Experience in housing or maintenance is helpful but not essential; attitude and ability to make things happen are valued.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
