We're looking for an Energy Efficiency Projects Co-ordinator to join our Asset team and support the delivery of projects that help make our customers' homes warmer, more energy-efficient and more sustainable. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping us achieve our environmental goals while improving the lives of the people who live in our communities.

As part of our friendly and passionate team, you'll help keep our retrofit and energy efficiency programmes running smoothly. You'll work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers, making sure everyone has the information and support they need throughout the journey. This is a varied role that offers plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and build your experience within the growing world of sustainability and low-carbon housing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
  • Keeping customers informed about upcoming surveys and improvement works.
  • Coordinating appointments, site visits and contractor activities.
  • Managing project records, compliance documentation and performance data.
  • Helping ensure funding, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Supporting resident engagement activities and community events.
  • Working with a range of internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
