Every empty home has a story waiting to begin. At Abri, we're passionate about helping people find a place they're proud to call home. Before a new customer moves in, there's a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure the home is safe, ready and welcoming. That's where you come in.

We're looking for an Empty Homes Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract for 7 months. This role is all about bringing people, plans and priorities together. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, making sure our teams have the right information, the right schedules and the right support to get homes ready for new customers as quickly as possible.

You'll work closely with operatives, supervisors, surveyors and contractors, building great relationships and solving problems along the way. Whether you're arranging surveys, coordinating works, managing diaries or spotting opportunities to improve a process, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver a great service.

What you'll love about this role

  • Keeping lots of moving parts organised.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Finding solutions when plans change.
  • Taking ownership and making things happen.
  • Seeing the direct impact your work has on customers.

No two days are the same, and there's real satisfaction in knowing that every home you help prepare is a fresh start for someone new.

Who we're looking for

We're not looking for someone who ticks every box. We're looking for someone who cares about delivering a great service and enjoys working as part of a team.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confidence communicating with a range of people.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability to juggle priorities and stay one step ahead.
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination or property-related services would be helpful, but most importantly you'll be someone who takes pride in helping things run smoothly.

Why Abri?

Ready to make an impact? If you're highly organised, love working with people and want to play a vital role in turning empty properties into homes, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and help create communities where people can thrive.
