Your new role

Are you someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions? Do you have a passion for understanding how services work and finding smarter, more efficient ways to deliver them? We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Someone who can ask the right questions, analyze information, and work collaboratively with both operational teams and IT to drive meaningful, lasting change.

This role is open to both experienced Business Analysts and internal candidates with strong organisational knowledge and transferable skills who are looking to develop into the role. If you are an experienced Business Analyst, you will bring expertise in analysis, stakeholder engagement, data interpretation, and delivering change. Housing sector knowledge would be an advantage, but it is not essential; we welcome candidates who can apply strong BA principles and bring fresh perspectives.

For internal applicants, you may not have worked as a Business Analyst before, but you will have a solid understanding of how the organisation operates, strong problem‑solving skills, and a desire to improve how we work. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your capability, with support available and the potential to work towards a recognised Business Analysis accreditation through apprenticeship learning.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of effective solutions. Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams, you’ll translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes, analyse processes and data, facilitate workshops, and support change initiatives from concept through to implementation.

We’re looking for someone who is curious and analytical, with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. You can confidently engage with both business and technical audiences, manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and take a proactive approach to driving improvement. You will have experience analysing business processes, working with IT systems, and using data and insights to support decision‑making and deliver positive outcomes.
