Business Administration Apprentice - Income Team

We're excited to be recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy and supportive Income Team. In this role, you'll help us continue delivering a first-class service to our customers while gaining valuable skills, knowledge, and experience along the way.
Working within our Homeowner Income Recovery Team, you'll play an important role supporting both customers and colleagues, helping us provide excellent services to homeowners and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What will you be doing:
- Provide an efficient and professional administration service to support the team.
- Assist with debt recovery activities and related administrative processes.
- Support the preparation of legal documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to homeownership accounts.
- Help deliver outstanding customer service and positive customer experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Income Team.
Your apprenticeship journey:
Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll be working towards completing your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. We'll provide dedicated study time and off-the-job training to help you succeed, including:
- Time to complete your apprenticeship portfolio.
- Access to relevant training and development opportunities.
- Support and guidance from your supervisor and mentor.
- Opportunities to shadow experienced colleagues and learn from different teams across the organisation.
What you’ll need:
