At Abri, we’re looking for an Analytics and Feedback Manager for a 12 month fixed term position (maternity leave cover). You’ll be responsible for leading the analytics and customer feedback teams to provide ongoing customer feedback, customer insight and business insight for operational and strategic decision making. This role is in the Insight Team, which is a wider team of 20 colleagues providing performance management, forecasting, research, data analysis and customer and business insight.
In this role, you will lead a team of six colleagues, within two distinct functions – analytics and customer feedback.
