What you'll be doing
- You'll spend your days travelling between our properties, caring for communal areas and ensuring they're presented to a high standard.
- From cleaning entrances, stairwells, and corridors to litter picking, graffiti removal and carrying out fire safety checks, no two days are quite the same.
- You'll work independently, managing your own workload while being part of a supportive team that shares a passion for delivering great service.
- Along the way, you'll build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, taking pride in maintaining spaces that are safe, clean and welcoming.
What we're looking for
- We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys practical, hands-on work.
- You'll ideally have experience in a cleaning, caretaking, or a facilities role and be comfortable using a range of cleaning products and equipment.
- Most importantly, you'll care about delivering a high-quality service, have a great eye for detail and enjoy making a positive difference to the people who live in our communities.
