We’re excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Access Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis for up to 18 months, covering a secondment. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping us keep our customers safe in their homes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure we can access customers’ homes to carry out essential safety checks and improvements - from gas and electrical, to renewables and damp & mould works. You’ll take the lead on managing “no access” cases, coordinating appointments, supporting legal processes where needed, and keeping our systems and records accurate and up to date.
This is a role where you’ll really make a difference. You’ll be confident working with data and systems (including CRM and scheduling tools) and comfortable navigating sensitive situations with empathy and care.
Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll bring a proactive, solution-focused approach and help deliver a service that’s always supportive, respectful, and customer-first.
We are flexible for this role to be based out of our Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) office. This role will be fully office based Monday - Friday.
We review applications as they come in and may close the advert early if we receive a high level of interest - so if this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us make a real impact!

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?
We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.
- We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
- We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone
As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service.
