You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering a high-performing repairs and maintenance service across your designated area. You’ll lead a team of skilled trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and right first time, while driving customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do so we want to make sure that all our services provided are of high quality and delivered with a strong customer and commercial focus. Making sure what we do represents value for money and truly meets the needs of our residents is central to this role.
Using your experience and proactive, forward-thinking approach, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless, high-quality service. You’ll take ownership of performance, manage customer feedback and complaints, and lead your team to continuously improve - because we’re always looking for ways to do things better, not just the way they’ve always been done.
