Overview

We’re excited to be looking for a two Homecare Customer Leads to join our busy Central Operations and Support team to help provide fantastic service to our customers covering South East and London cases. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

We’re looking for someone who can work with customers and colleagues to increase satisfaction and keep the customer at the heart of our service. You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations and want to help turn around negative experiences.

Through your excellent communication and liaison skills, you’ll create win-win situations for all and build actions and learning outcomes to be better next time.

You will be comfortable communicating with customers not just over the phone and in writing, but also face to face.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and investigate trends in dissatisfaction and complaints, proposing ideas and innovations to help deliver excellent customer service.
  • Travel as required; core hours are Monday to Friday with times where travel and flexibility are needed. You must be able to drive and have access to a car for this position.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience delivering good customer service and handling conversations with customers, including difficult conversations.
  • Strong communication and liaison skills; ability to create win-win situations and translate learning into improvements.
  • Ability to communicate with customers by phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Ability to notice and investigate trends in dissatisfaction and complaints, and propose improvements.
  • Flexibility to travel and drive; access to a car.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer experience.
  • Availability for a fixed-term contract (6 months).
  • Interviews will take place at our Bracknell office between Monday 3rd August and Wednesday 5th August.
