Our Grounds Maintenance team helps keep communal areas safe, welcoming and looking their best, while also caring for the green spaces and trees that help our neighbourhoods thrive.
We're looking for two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our friendly team. Covering Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and Slough, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference every day.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting
- Keeping estates clean, safe and welcoming
- Responding to hazards and environmental issues when needed
- Supporting soft landscaping and minor tree work
What we're looking for:
- You’ll enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and be passionate about delivering great service to our customers.
- You’ll also have:
- Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience
- A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit
- A good eye for detail
- A full UK driving licence (towing entitlement desirable)
- PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable, not essential)
