Are you highly organised, customer-focused and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for a Grounds & Estates Coordinator to join our team on a fixed 6-month contract and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Grounds and Estates services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves variety, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service every day.

What you'll be doing
You'll be at the heart of our Grounds and Estates team, providing essential administrative support that helps us deliver great services to our customers and communities.

No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with Managers, Team Leaders, Tree Officers, contractors and colleagues across the business to coordinate activities, manage information and ensure everything runs efficiently.

From being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and correspondence, to monitoring service delivery, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records, you'll help keep our services organised, responsive and customer focused.

You'll also play an important role in identifying improvements, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring our financial and operational processes are followed correctly.

Knowledge of Grounds and Estates services would be beneficial, but just as important is your ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively and share our commitment to excellent service.

Why join us?
At Abri, we're committed to creating thriving communities and providing great homes and services for our customers. You'll be joining a supportive team where your contribution matters, your ideas are valued, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

If you're looking for a role where organisation, teamwork and customer service come together, we'd love to hear from you.

Join us and help keep our communities looking their best while supporting the services that matter most to our customers.

Who we are

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
