Are you passionate about transforming empty properties into vibrant homes? Do you have a keen eye for property maintenance and a talent for managing teams? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

We're looking for someone who has experience in property maintenance, refurbishment, or construction, an ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once and a passion for improving homes and communities.

This role will be based from our Bracknell office, with periodic travel required to our wider offices based in London (W10 5BN), Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) and Yeovil (BA22 8WN). Meetings may also take place in Slough and Langley.
