We're looking for a Customer Relations Partner to join our team and help shape the experience of customers using our garage services. From helping someone secure the right garage for their needs to supporting them throughout their journey with us, you'll play a key role in making sure every interaction is positive, seamless and customer-focused.
This role is part time, 20 hours per week, ideally Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm or 9am - 2pm.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable person our customers can count on.
Whether you're helping someone join a waiting list, move into a garage, manage their account or find an answer to a question, you'll make things simple and straightforward, creating a great experience from start to finish.
Working closely with colleagues across Abri, you'll help ensure our garage spaces are well managed, occupied and maintained, while continually looking for ways to improve how we deliver our service. You’ll spot opportunities, share ideas and help shape a service that works brilliantly for both our customers and our communities.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a genuine passion for helping people. You’ll build trust, take ownership and be committed to doing the right thing every time.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys making things happen and gets satisfaction from helping customers.
You’ll be naturally organised, comfortable managing different priorities and confident in finding practical solutions when challenges arise. You’ll have great communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach that keeps customers at the heart of every decision.
You don't need to know everything about garages. What matters most is your ability to build positive relationships, provide excellent customer service and look for ways to make things better.
