This role is central to progressing property disposals in line with our Asset Management strategy. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration, ensuring plans are accurate, compliant, and delivered efficiently to support timely property sales.

You will lead the preparation of Land Registry compliant sale/lease plans, reviewing land titles, legal documents and supporting information to produce clear and accurate plans. Where plans are outsourced to a third party you will manage the process and liaison, dealing with any enquiries and resolving any challenges. You will carry out property and land inspections to enable production of the plans accurately and assist with collating information for the wider team on your site visits.

You will act as the subject matter expert within the Asset Sales Team for all matters relating to plans. You will need to have good stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers where plans need to be outsourced. You will need to be a highly organised and detailed orientated person with the ability to manage multiple case loads simultaneously.

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for and you want to make a huge difference in a large, complex and growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
