The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We carry out a 5‑year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties, including communal areas. We also provide a repairs service for customers to keep homes up to a decent standard. The electrical team manages testing of empty homes, planned works such as kitchen, bathroom and heating upgrades, and communal lighting upgrades.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do – we aim to be the best, completing work quickly and to the highest standard. As our ambassador, you will visit customers’ homes to carry out repairs and installations while representing Abri with a friendly presence.
Responsibilities- Perform electrical testing as part of the cyclical programme
- Carry out repairs and installations in customer homes to meet quality standards
- Test vacant properties and support planned works (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades, communal lighting)
- Use the company van, tablet and mobile equipment to complete job tasks efficiently
- Fully qualified – NVQ and AM2 credentials required
- Knowledge of social housing and experience with NICEIC certification or equivalent software
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to transport tools and equipment – you must supply your own hand and power tools
- 28 days holiday a year plus the opportunity to buy and sell holidays
