We're looking for a new Decant Coordinator to join our Housing Partnership Central Services team on a permanent basis in Yeovil. As a Decant Coordinator you will manage and oversee the end-to-end process of our Decants (a temporary move due to works, emergency or planned) identifying solutions to deliver value for money whilst always ensuring the customer remains at the heart of the process and returns to their home as soon as possible.

You will be a problem solver who can think on your feet and be completely customer-focused, having the confidence and assertiveness to have difficult conversations with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to reach positive solutions for all involved. You will have the skills to analyse and evaluate data to identify themes and improvements, as well as the ability and self-motivation to thrive in a performance driven, fast paced environment with confidence communicating via telephone and through digital channels.
