Grounds Maintenance Operative in Waterlooville

At Abri, we know that well-maintained outdoor spaces make a real difference to our customers and communities. Our Grounds Maintenance team helps keep communal areas safe, welcoming and looking their best, while also caring for the green spaces and trees that help our neighbourhoods thrive. We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team. Covering Horndean and the Ham Barn area, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference every day.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting
• Keeping estates clean, safe and welcoming
• Responding to hazards and environmental issues when needed
• Supporting soft landscaping and minor tree work

You’ll also have

• Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience
• A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit
• A good eye for detail
• A full UK driving licence (towing entitlement desirable)
• PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable, not essential)
