The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract based either in our Eastleigh or Yeovil office. You will contact customers in rent arrears, determine reasons, signpost to support agencies and set up rent repayment plans. You will use various methods to contact customers to prevent arrears escalating. You will also perform administrative tasks to support the team and develop your knowledge of our systems. A Housing Professional of the Future training programme will provide your first step into a housing career. We will train you to become an income recovery assistant.
