We're delighted to recruit a Lettings Administrator for our Market Rent Team, based in our Eastleigh office on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing support to various departments, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in day‑to‑day lettings operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prioritise and manage your own workload, adjusting to changes in work plans on short notice.
- Demonstrate a friendly telephone manner and excellent written and oral communication skills with a wide range of individuals.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
