We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. You'll oversee the delivery of all electrical works across Abri's housing stock, ensuring safe working practices, technical standards, and quality of work to maintain compliance and certification to the Abri standard.
Having knowledge and experience in electrical vehicle charging, solar panels, and photovoltaic (PV) systems is advantageous as you'll lead and motivate a team of electrical professionals, monitoring performance and productivity while ensuring appropriate training, support, and qualifications are maintained.
Excellent customer service is very important, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective customer resolution. You will manage and oversee the delivery of electrical installations, responsive repairs, and planned works, which includes but is not limited to inspection & testing, complete electrical works, heating installations, and full property rewires. Striving to achieve first-time fix and remain within budget constraints is essential.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and their safety is our priority, so you'll ensure our electrical works are compliant and exceed regulatory standards. It's essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, with the flexibility to travel efficiently between customers' homes.
