We are looking for an experienced Workplace Solutions (Facilities) Team Leader to provide day‑to‑day Facilities Management services for our workplace ecosystem, ensuring colleagues have a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a skilled team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalation issues and enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Incident Response Team procedures, and Fire Risk Assessments for buildings.
  • Engage with colleagues, manage difficult conversations, and resolve workplace-related issues using excellent people skills.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance assurance across facilities operations.
  • Travel between Bracknell (Western Peninsula) and London (Emily House) offices, with flexibility to use either site as the primary office.
  • Maintain a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular inter‑office travel.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services in a corporate estate environment.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
  • Assertive communication, confidence, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
  • Excellent customer‑service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
  • Valid full driving licence and reliable vehicle access.
