We are looking for an experienced Workplace Solutions (Facilities) Team Leader to provide day‑to‑day Facilities Management services for our workplace ecosystem, ensuring colleagues have a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalation issues and enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Incident Response Team procedures, and Fire Risk Assessments for buildings.
- Engage with colleagues, manage difficult conversations, and resolve workplace-related issues using excellent people skills.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance assurance across facilities operations.
- Travel between Bracknell (Western Peninsula) and London (Emily House) offices, with flexibility to use either site as the primary office.
- Maintain a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular inter‑office travel.
