This is a role for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys variety in their day, and loves solving problems.

One day you could be carrying out skilled carpentry work, the next tackling plumbing repairs, plastering, tiling or masonry.

What you'll be doing

You’ll use your broad trade experience and expertise to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance, completing work safely, efficiently and, wherever possible, right first time.

Working independently and as part of a supportive team, you’ll build positive relationships with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring they receive a service they can trust.

As one of our customer-facing ambassadors, you’ll represent Abri in our communities, bringing a friendly, professional approach to every interaction.

You’ll also help us deliver great value by managing materials effectively, maintaining your vehicle and equipment, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

We're keen to hear from experienced multi-skilled operatives with strong expertise across a range of trades, particularly carpentry and plumbing.

We're looking for an Advanced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, helping us deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services across the South and South East, including Basingstoke, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Reporting into either our Bracknell or Eastleigh office, you'll be out on the road making a real difference to our customers' homes and lives.
