Abri Group in Yeovil is seeking a Home Connections Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will support and coordinate Mutual Exchange applications from start to finish, guiding customers through the process and helping ensure all checks and approvals are completed on time.
You will liaise with internal teams and external landlords, maintain accurate records, and deliver a responsive service both over the phone and face to face while maximising occupancy across our housing stock.
