We are currently looking for an Extra Care Connections Partner to join our Independent Living Extra Care Lettings Team.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the lettings process for our Extra Care schemes across the South of England, including London.
- You will be the first point of contact for enquiries regarding Extra Care vacancies.
- You will liaise with customers, Social Workers, the Local Authority and the Independent Living Teams to ensure that properties are let in accordance with our procedure.
- You will be responsible for collating all the relevant information and documents needed to progress applications and attend multi-agency panel meetings to assist the allocation of vacant properties.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, be flexible and understand the needs of older people and promoting independence.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of housing allocation for older people and have confidence in using IT.
Work Conditions
- You will be required to work in one of our Yeovil office - BA22 8WN three days per week.
- Including travel to our London office depending on business needs β W10 5BN, Bracknell - RG12 1RF, to connect and collaborate with colleagues, and the other two days can be worked remotely.
- Applicants must be prepared to travel across all Independent Living geography if required.
- This role will require travel to London.
- The normal service hours for Independent Living is 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- DBS Check Required.
- Full driving license required with available use of car is required.
