We’re looking for someone who can provide an efficient and proactive administrative function to the Community Safety Team to ensure the smooth-running of the service. This may also include pulling chronologies together for legal action, raising urgent repairs as well as monitoring stock levels to ensure the swift delivery of appropriate safety items to our customers (such as window alarms) and monitoring of the team work queue/email inbox.
You’ll proactively build relationships with key colleagues and teams across the Group and demonstrate our Values and Behaviours. You’ll have a natural flair with IT systems and support customers that upload noise reports via the Noise App and may assess incoming noise reports or other evidence to help the Community Safety Officers as required.
