We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Building Safety Planner to work from our Yeovil office on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support Building Safety Managers and ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and well‑managed.
  • Schedule building safety inspections and visits, book appointments, keep customers updated, and provide excellent service.
  • Carry out Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPS) with residents, focusing on London.
  • Work with the building safety managers’ business to manage workloads in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of building and fire safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience coordinating workloads, diary/appointment coordination, and strong administration skills.
  • Competence with Microsoft programs and database systems.
