Key Responsibilities
As one of our Alterations Property Inspectors, you’ll play a key role in delivering adaptations and property improvement works that make a real difference to our customers’ homes and lives. You’ll be assigned a region of Abri’s geography to look after, but there will be times where you’ll support across other areas when needed, so a full driving licence is essential. You’ll be responsible for assessing, scoping, and overseeing a wide range of aids, adaptations, and alteration works, ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. No two days will be the same in this role, so a proactive mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering great outcomes will be key. You’ll be someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with others. You’ll take pride in delivering value for money and providing solutions that work for both our customers and the business.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with experience in building maintenance or surveying, with a commercially aware and customer-focused approach. Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) would be advantageous, but it’s not essential.
