We’re excited to be looking for a new Access Coordinator to join our Safer Homes team for 12 months where you'll act as a point of contact for any access matters, proactively striving for 100% access compliance across the operational area, and ensuring essential access is achieved through collaboration with the scheduling and administration team.

You’ll liaise with Abri’s in-house legal and community partnership teams whilst complying with policies and procedures. You’ll ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.

Remember, we don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want to do things even better! You’ll have excellent communication skills since you'll be working collaboratively with various stakeholders both internally and externally in order to deliver a seamless service.
