Join the Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) to support our London office and ensure colleagues have a great place to work. You will help create safe, compliant, and collaborative environments across our corporate buildings.

Key ResponsibilitiesAre you proactive, a great team player, and have a good eye for detail? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Workplace Solutions team as a Workplace Solutions Coordinator. You\’ll be responsible for maintaining the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard, ensuring we meet regulatory and legal standards in compliance and building safety. You\’ll engage with colleagues, provide excellent service, manage occasional difficult conversations, and use your people skills to resolve any workplace environment issues. You\’ll also build relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.

We\’re constantly looking to improve colleague journeys, bringing new ideas and solutions so we stay the best we can be. No two days will be the same in this role, so enthusiasm, a can‐do attitude and a genuine passion for going the extra mile are essential as you provide strong customer service, accurate reporting, and compliance assurance.
