We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Operational Support Assistant to join our vibrant Operational Support Team where you'll be based in our Yeovil office. No day is ever the same and our Contact Centre is no different. We’ll provide you with the full training and ongoing support to make sure you’re equipped to deal with the wide variety of customer queries our teams handle and so you can keep growing professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the business.
- Support customers with payments and setting up direct debits.
- Help customers in our reception, take calls and respond to emails.
Requirements / Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems. Experience of face to face customer service, an eye for detail and excellent teamwork is essential.

Hours
The hours for this post are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The role will require office working.
