We are delighted to be looking for a new Development Programme Officer to join Abri’s New Build Development Delivery team. This role is the first point of contact for all Development enquiries from our internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to Development Managers and the land team by carrying out tasks such as making payments, filing, auditing, booking gas visits and liaising with suppliers, contractors and solicitors.
- Support the Programme Manager and Head of Projects and Programmes by raising and formatting reports.
- Use data from these reports to supply Local Authorities and other departments with the statistics they require.
- Ensure compliance with Housing Standards, legislation and Abri’s values and behaviours.
Requirements
- Strong Excel and maths skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable embracing changes associated with New Build development.
- We are looking for someone who is not afraid to embrace the changes of New Build development and ensures we are compliant with Housing standards and following legislations.
