We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing new homes sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about property, confident in sales, and committed to helping people take their first step onto the property ladder.
Starting from our Bracknell office, you’ll then be based on site, with exciting new schemes launching in Maidenhead and Reading.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a larger development or manage sales across multiple locations, guiding customers through their Shared Ownership journey.
As the face of Abri Homes, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every buyer receives professional, honest, and supportive advice at every stage.
From first viewing to legal completion, you’ll be there every step of the way, understanding your customers’ needs and offering clear, expert advice throughout their home buying journey.
This role places you at the heart of Shared Ownership, offering a unique mix of autonomy, impact and purpose.
It’s ideal for someone who wants to contribute to affordable housing while working in a positive, purpose-driven team.
It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on meaningful work and values a healthy, people-centred workplace.
What you’ll need to succeed You’ll bring a strong background in property sales, ideally with experience in Shared Ownership or new build developments and a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect home.
You’ll be comfortable working independently, managing your own diary, and building great relationships with both customers and partners.
You understand the importance of selling with integrity and delivering a great experience from start to finish.
What you'll bring Ideally a strong knowledge of the new build sales process, from reservation through to completion with the ability to sell off plan and be proactive at sales chasing.
Experience working with mortgage brokers, solicitors, estate agents, and external contractors.
A great understanding of the customer journey and how to support buyers with clear, timely communication.
Be confident in working independently.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time and travel.
Shared ownership sales experience is preferred but not essential.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (mileage is fully reimbursed, including travel to site).
IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
We’re a supportive, close-knit team that works collaboratively across the region — and we’re proud to help our customers find homes they love.
This role is 37 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
