The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We’re responsible for making sure the properties are re-let in a timely manner, working with our in-house Trades and also closely with sub-contractors ensuring Empty Homes are returned to new customers with all maintenance work and repairs carried out safely, and to the highest standard. We also work alongside housing and lettings teams, and new residents to make sure everything runs smoothly turning an empty home into a warm, welcoming home.
Roles cover Out-of-Hours Callouts on a rota basis and maintain a clean driving licence. Act as an ambassador by using a ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right-first-time’ service to customers and be the friendly face of Abri.
