We're excited to announce we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated housing professional to join our fantastic Tenancy Support Services Team in London on a permanent basis. You'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing advice and support to enable our customers throughout the full life cycle of their tenancy.
With empathy and understanding you'll be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of housing issues including safeguarding concerns, debt referral, benefits and budgeting. You'll also need to be able to help with energy advice, signposting and charity referrals. Our aim is always to prevent eviction and support new tenancies so we're looking for someone who's empathetic, supportive and pro-active.
As you'll support our customers in their homes, a driving license and own transportation will be needed as you'll be working in and around Bracknell. This position will also be based from our London office in Emily House.
