We are looking for a driven leader to shape and deliver our community investment work. You will manage a high-performing team, identify and respond to the needs of our communities, and design creative, strategic initiatives that make a measurable difference. You will also capture and communicate the real impact of our work, ensuring we invest where it matters most.
This is a temporary position for 12 months based from our London office. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to empowering communities and enhancing the lives of those within them. We are looking for a new Community Investment Area Manager to join us on a permanent basis. You will be based from our London office and will cover the surrounding areas to support the team to deliver against our community's strategy, through our community investment plans.
In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and execute the community's strategy, conduct local and wider societal research, and analyse data to identify the most pressing needs. You will ensure that resources are directed effectively, maximising both social value and value for money.
You will build strong relationships with residents, local authorities, and community partners, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to negotiate and challenge when necessary will drive the success of sustainable community investment projects. Whilst experience in community cohesion is beneficial, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to analyse data, think creatively to solve challenges, and deliver tangible results.
