We’re excited to be looking for a new Income Manager to join our busy Income team in our London region working between our Bracknell and London offices.

You will manage a high performing Income Team in a challenging and busy working environment. Supporting the team by providing advice and guidance on cases, conducting check ins (1-2-1s), case reviews, with monitoring and managing team performance.

You’ll ensure that our income targets are consistently met, maximising our income whilst delivering an exceptional customer service.

You will need to be able to analyse and interpret data to help you make informed decisions to tackle arrears cases and monitor team performance.

Collaborative working and communication skills are essential as you’ll work with a range of stakeholders from internal departments and external agencies such as DWP and Local Authorities. You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.

An awareness of relevant housing legislation is a must as you’ll support the team prepare legal documents and represent Abri in court in support of possession of our properties.

You\’ll be working from our Bracknell and London office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the team. The other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing whether that\’s at another of our offices or at home.
