Your new role
Do you have experience leading large scale planned works programmes, managing significant budgets and making positive change happen? If so, we’d love to hear from you. As we continue to grow, we’re investing more in our homes and services to ensure they remain safe, high quality and places our customers are proud to live. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Planned Operations Manager to help us deliver on our ambitions and lead the way.
In this role, you’ll take overall responsibility for delivering our planned and cyclical works programmes across our homes. This includes major investment projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and decoration programmes across the Group. You’ll lead a mix of managers, trades colleagues, and external partners, with accountability for a budget of around £28m.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure planned works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard, with a strong focus on value for money, customer experience, and continuous improvement. Using your experience and forward‑thinking approach, you’ll look at how we can grow and develop our in‑house delivery capability, while always meeting legislative and regulatory requirements.
We’re committed to doing things better - not just the way they’ve always been done. You’ll work closely with Directors, the Finance Business Partner and a wide range of stakeholders to support forecasting, budget control and long‑term planning, helping shape how we deliver planned investment now and into the future. Building strong relationships will be key. You’ll work collaboratively across Abri, engaging with internal teams, resident panels and external partners to deliver services that genuinely make a difference to our homes and communities.
If you’d like to join a values driven organisation, make a visible impact, and play a leading role in shaping the future of planned investment at Abri, we’d love to hear from you.
