Your new role: Are you a proactive, dedicated and highly organised individual? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team! Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide confidential, professional support to the Directors by carrying out a range of admin duties including note taking and diary management. Excellent organisation, time management and the ability to prioritise a busy workload are essential. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant team and collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, making first class communication skills (written and verbal) essential to build effective working relationships quickly. No two days will be the same in this role, so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for going the extra mile are essential. You should be confident and assertive as you’ll engage with colleagues at all levels and across all areas of the business, sometimes managing difficult conversations and resolving issues with strong people skills. You will be based in our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect with colleagues; the remaining two days may be worked from a place of your choosing (office, cafe, or home).

  • Provide confidential, professional admin support to Directors, including note taking and diary management.
  • Prioritise a busy workload and manage competing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant team and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication to build effective working relationships.
  • Handle difficult conversations with confidence and use strong people skills to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate and support efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, dedicated and highly organised individual with excellent time management.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, assertive, and capable of engaging with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience supporting executives or senior teams, with a track record of professional discretion and confidentiality.

Location and working pattern: Based in Eastleigh, with a requirement to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. The remaining two days may be worked from a place of your choosing.
