Planned Works team

We’re responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area of Abri Group. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, we carry out major improvement works to our customers’ homes ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. Our cyclical works include ensuring the safety of properties by undertaking periodic inspections of items such as passenger lifts and electrical installations. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues.
