We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an Energy Efficiency Coordinator based in Eastleigh. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, friendly and positive team with a real get‑go attitude, supporting the delivery of high‑quality retrofit projects that make a tangible difference to residents, homes, communities and the environment. The Energy Efficiency Coordinator will play a key role in providing admin support to ensure the smooth running of our retrofit projects. You'll be the organisational backbone of the team—managing information, tracking progress, liaising with contractors and residents, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and funding requirements. This secondment is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and initiative to their work.
