We are looking for an experienced Energy Efficiency Data and Finance Specialist to join our hard working Retrofit team in Eastleigh on a permanent basis. This role sits at the heart of our retrofit programme, ensuring that data, finance and performance information are accurate, insightful, and used to drive smart decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across energy efficiency, sustainability, asset management, finance and external delivery partners to keep projects on track, compliant and financially sound. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clarity, thrives on accuracy, and wants to contribute to work that improves homes, reduces carbon, and supports residents.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Experience working with finance processes, budgets or financial reporting.
- Confident using spreadsheets, databases and digital tools to manage and analyse information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working in a positive, energetic team.
- Knowledge of housing, sustainability or retrofit is helpful but not essential.
