We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Sales Progressor to take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for property disposals, including void disposals and voluntary sales. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving financial performance while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
You will play a key role in the delivery of our Asset Strategy by managing disposal sales and leading complex conveyancing processes with solicitors. Therefore, you will need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver a seamless sales process.
You will need to be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
