We’re responsible for the cyclical upkeep of communal areas for our customers across a large geographical area, covering market rent, shared ownership, and independent living communities on many estates. We also provide a reactionary service dealing with hazards such as dumped items and snow clearance.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Horndean, covering Horndean, Petersfield, Ham Barn, Liss and surrounding area. You’ll be a proactive team player with a good eye for detail, responsible for the upkeep of external communal areas, grass, shrubs, hedges, and within a fortnightly round. You may be required to undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work.
What you’ll need:
- Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience
- Minimum one year of experience
- PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable)
- NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable)
- A full driver’s licence (towing licence desirable)
We provide an Abri van for site‑to‑site travel. Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams.
